. Alternative for chest : 15 C2B / 30 pull up / 40 Ring Rows

. Alternative for Lateral parallette : over Dumbbell

. Alternative for BMU : 5 BMU /  10 C2B / 15 Dips

. Aim For 4 Rounds minimum
